Kelly Smith

Kelly has a serial fascination with starting companies and revels in small details that bring a new company to fruition. Prior to Inkd he was the founder of Imagekind - the largest online venue for buying and selling art. Imagekind was sold to CafePress in 2008. In the late '90s Kelly was co-founder of an early online video content initiative called RocketVox (acquired by thePlatform). Kelly started his career peddling a commercial version of the source code from the Mosaic web browser before there was a Netscape. In 1995 he started working at RealNetworks as they were trying to figure out how to stream audio over the Internet. Kelly maintains a personal blog at www.kellysmith.com and invests in various software companies through www.curiousoffice.com. He quit drinking caffeine as a 2009 New Years Resolution and yet he still spends too many late nights tinkering with his MacBook Pro.

Kristoph Cichocki

Kristoph has an irrational passion for all things technical and revels in building functional solutions, be it web, desktop or server. He is responsible for all things technical at Inkd.

Before joining Kelly to launch Inkd he was the CTO of Trendi LLC, a fashion oriented social shopping startup. In early 2000 Kristoph was senior executive at Aurema Inc where he oversaw technology relationships with Fujitsu, Citrix, Microsoft, and IBM among others. Aurema was sold to Citrix in February 2007.

Kristoph has a computer science background. He spent the early part of his career globetrotting the world while holding a number of technical and technical management positions with the likes of CSC GmbH in Germany, American Express in the UK, and James Hardie in Australia.

Travis Young

Travis is inspired by the possibilities of community driven products and services on the web. His approach to building large marketplaces focuses on democratizing and improving experiences for users, ultimately with the goal of solving problems with useful services and to create passionate communities. Prior to Inkd, Travis was the Director of Artist Relations and Community at Imagekind, a project he worked on from its infancy with Kelly. With over a decade's experience in computer arts and multimedia, Travis can be found interacting in many creative online communities, and when not doing so, can be found jumping around on a stage with his band and trying not to hurt himself in the process.

Shanna Fieser

Shanna holds sway over the Inkd's creative services. From a young age, she has held an interest in all things art and design related - from drawing and painting to sculpture and photography. She found that she loved the fusion of the foundation arts with communication, the basis for her interest in advertising design.

After graduating with honors from The Savannah College of Art & Design, Shanna joined the creative department at award-winning BFG Communications where she created work for clients including Coca-Cola, Pepperidge Farm, Bailey's and Captain Morgan, among others, before joining Inkd. Her achievements are linked to her steady enthusiasm to provide functional communication through great design.

Shanna is also a military wife, and owner of what could be the world's hairiest dog. She loves to clean and organize.
