Your subscription month runs from the day you purchased your subscription to 30 days later. Subscriptions do not run by calendar month (ie January, February, etc.).

Choose the template you would like to purchase. You may either purchase just the template (art) file or purchase the template with prints. After checkout you will be emailed your receipt as well as a link to your purchase history on inkd.com, where you’ll be able to download your files at anytime, from anywhere. Choose which file type you would like to download from the dropdown menu and click “Download ZIP”. Your files will always stay in your Purchase History as long as you have your inkd account no matter what computer you are using.

We do not send out reminders to download templates before your month ends. We may be able to add missing templates to your account if we are contacted within 10 calendar days of your months end.

No, if you would like to renew your subscription you will have to manually purchase another subscription.

Email care@inkd.com and let us know the template ID and which format you would like the file in. For example INKD00123 converted to Adobe InDesign. File conversions take between 2-5 business days, depending on the files’ complexity.
